DEVLOG - #2


Today I worked on the save and load mechanic for the game, I wasn't able to complete it as I want to implement a "save slot system" and turns out it is much more difficult to implement than I first imagined.

In addition to this I reworked some aspects of the main menu and moved away from the multiple scenes to using toggleable canvas in the same main menu.

I still haven't worked on the enemy textures/sprites and they remain just white squares, honestly the in-game UI is still barebones but I hope to start work on it soon........ I hope so

Plan for tomorrow is to complete the enemy behavior and maybe add some animations during enemy spawning and de-spawning
